asociado, \n\nSiguiendo indicaciones del presidente, y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los vigentes Estatutos, por la presente le convoco a la Asamblea General Ordinaria que tendrá lugar el viernes 9 de mayo de 2025, a partir de las 11:00 hs en el Hotel Meliá Benidorm, para tratar el siguiente:\n\nORDEN DEL DÍA\n\n1. Ratificación del acta de la Asamblea General anterior. \n2. Ratificación del nombramiento de Secretaria general.\n3. Presentación y aprobación, en su caso, de las cuentas anuales de la asociación correspondientes al ejercicio 2024. \n4. Presentación y aprobación, en su caso, de la Memoria de Actividades correspondiente al ejercicio 2024. \n5. Presentación y aprobación, en su caso, del Presupuesto Económico previsto para el ejercicio 2025. \n6. Informes del presidente y presentación y aprobación, en su caso, del plan de acción 2025.\n\nA continuación se abrirá la Asamblea General Extraordinaria con un único punto del Orden del día\n\nPunto Único: Presentación y aprobación, en su caso, de la modificación de los vigentes Estatutos de la Asociación. \n\n7.Asuntos llegados con posterioridad e indeterminados.\n8.
