Pese a que el programa se grab\u00f3 el pasado <strong>19 de enero en el Oceanogr\u00e0fic de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, el caso ha salido a la luz tras la denuncia p\u00fablica de una trabajadora afectada, de este espacio de ocio, a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales.<\/p><p>Aunque la productora de MasterChef ha reconocido la <strong>intoxicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, se desconoce cu\u00e1l de todos los platos que se elaboraron y se presentaron produjo que &#8220;m\u00e1s de la mitad&#8221; de los comensales cayeran enfermos.<\/p><p>Desde la Conselleria de Sanidad, han especificado que fueron un total de <strong>44 personas<\/strong> las que se intoxicaron durante la grabaci\u00f3n del episodio, confirmando lo dicho por la comensal que lo denunci\u00f3 en redes: &#8220;<strong>De 70 personas<\/strong>, m\u00e1s de la mitad acabamos intoxicadas&#8221;. Adem\u00e1s, Sanidad ha asegurado que los s\u00edntomas que presentaron fueron los propios <strong>de una gastroenteritis<\/strong> como v\u00f3mitos y diarrea.<\/p><p><strong>Salud P\u00fablica a\u00fan no se ha pronunciado, pero probablemente la intoxicaci\u00f3n proviniera de alguno de los mariscos que se utilizaron para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los platos<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan las explicaciones de MasterChef, en la prueba de exteriores de Valencia los alimentos &#8220;fueron analizados en origen con resultados positivos y se garantiz\u00f3 su trazabilidad en todo el proceso&#8221;. De hecho, la productora asegura que los an\u00e1lisis y la documentaci\u00f3n del proceso y tratamiento de los alimentos que se utilizaron y cocinaron en dicha prueba se presentaron a las autoridades competentes: &#8220;Se inform\u00f3 y document\u00f3 a las autoridades sanitarias competentes cuando tuvimos conocimiento de los hechos&#8221;.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Desde <strong>HOSBEC<\/strong>, recordamos que seg\u00fan lo dispuesto en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2022\/BOE-A-2022-21681-consolidado.pdf\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Real Decreto 1021\/2022<\/span><\/span>:<\/strong><\/a><\/p><ul><li>Los establecimientos de comercio al por menor que empleen <strong>moluscos bivalvos vivos<\/strong> en sus elaboraciones (crudas o cocinadas) o los vendan de manera fraccionada, <strong>conservar\u00e1n la etiqueta<\/strong> correspondiente a los envases durante al menos <strong>sesenta d\u00edas<\/strong> tras la finalizaci\u00f3n del contenido del envase.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Deber\u00e1n <strong>guardar<\/strong> <strong>muestras testigo<\/strong> los siguientes establecimientos:<\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li>Los que elaboren comidas destinadas a colectividades vulnerables como residencias de mayores, centros de d\u00eda, comedores escolares, escuelas infantiles, hospitales, campamentos infantiles u otras colectividades vulnerables.<\/li><li>En comedores colectivos (institucionales, de empresa, etc. que tengan un men\u00fa com\u00fan)<\/li><li>Para medios de transporte<\/li><li>Para eventos, cuando esta sea la actividad principal de la empresa<\/li><li><strong>Por encargo para grupos o eventos de m\u00e1s de 40 personas<\/strong> (bodas, bautizos\u2026)<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Las comidas testigo estar\u00e1n <strong>claramente identificadas y fechadas<\/strong>, se conservar\u00e1n debidamente protegidas<strong> en refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/strong> a una temperatura igual o inferior a 4\u00baC <strong>o en congelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a una temperatura igual o inferior a -18\u00baC, <strong>durante un m\u00ednimo de 7 d\u00edas<\/strong> y la cantidad corresponder\u00e1 a una <strong>raci\u00f3n<\/strong> individual de como <strong>m\u00ednimo de 100g<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Fuentes: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
